Information Requested:

“- a copy of any resource consent under section 15 of the RMA that authorises the 
discharge of untreated wastewater from PCC's wastewater network (ie: not including 
the WWTP) directly to the Coastal Marine Area (CMA).
- if there is no such consent, please provide confirmation.
- if there are such activities (ie: those resulting in the discharge of untreated wastewater 
from PCC's network directly to the CMA), please provide details of all the corresponding 
sites and their location.”
