Information Requested:

"We have delays due ice on overhead wires again, despite this being a regular, predictable & 
avoidable situation we face each winter.
Can you please let me know what plans or pr cesses to prevent or mitigate ice build-up on 
overhead wires are in place or being planned, and if there are none with such a regular, 
predictable, repeatable event, why not?
Please consider this as a request under the Official Information Act 1982.
